Cap de Creus Natural Park is the only one in Spain that has an area of land and sea at the same time. The coast is composed mainly of shale, and constantly interrupted by small bays.
We propose to know the scenic beauty of this area by bicycle and on foot!

Multiactivity PROGRAM:
DAY 1 .- Arrival to Roses. Accommodation at 3* Hotel
DAY 2 .- After breakfast, take the bikes to start a route through the area of Cap de Creus. We will provide you the route book and map. Level: High. 27 km.
DAY 3 .- After breakfast, trekking route to the area of Cap Norfeu. We have provided the route book and map. Level: Medium. 12 km.
Return to the starting point and departure.
