Alt Empordà | Cataluña
The High Empordà region, the most north oriental from the Peninsula, is a paradise for the nature lovers. A beautiful corner with a great cultural and landscape richness, sometimes unknown, where sea and mountain join and where the tramontana, a norhern wind, blows very often.
This land shows a very high landscape diversity, from the agricultural and marsh plains going through the craggy north litoral coast which forms small lovely creeks and spectacular sea bed of the Mediterranean, until the most soberbian and majestous summits of the Pyrenees.
